Free PC Audit Freeware License Agreement

IMPORTANT: READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MIS Utilities ("Licensor") hereby grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software product "Free PC Audit" (the "Software").

2. Permitted Use

Licensee may use the Software for personal or commercial purposes without the payment of any fees.

3. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software;
c. Rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.

4. No Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Termination

Licensor may terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in its possession or control.
